2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Made-to-order/customized footwear
  • Final sale items (clearly marked)
  • Products showing signs of wear
  • Items without original packaging

3. Return Process

  1. Log in to your online account
  2. Select order for return
  3. Complete return authorization form
  4. Pack items securely in original box
  5. Attach prepaid return label (Australia only)

4. Return Shipping

  • Australian returns: Free with prepaid label
  • International returns: Customer responsibility
  • Defective items: We cover return costs

5. Refund Processing

  • 5-7 business days after we receive return
  • Issued to original payment method
  • Original shipping fees non-refundable
  • Allow 3-5 business days for bank processing

6. Exchanges

  • Size exchanges subject to availability
  • Faster option: Return original and place new order
  • No additional shipping fees for defective items

7. Faulty Products

For manufacturing defects:

  1. Contact us within 14 days of receipt
  2. Provide detailed photos/video
  3. We’ll arrange free return if applicable
  4. Choose repair/replacement/refund

8. International Returns

  • Must include completed customs form
  • Mark as “Returned Goods”
  • Return shipping at customer’s expense
  • Original import duties non-refundable

9. Store Credit

  • Available upon request
  • No expiration date
  • Electronic delivery
