- Items without original packaging
3. Return Process

- Select order for return
- Complete return authorization form
- Pack items securely in original box
- Attach prepaid return label (Australia only)
4. Return Shipping
- Australian returns: Free with prepaid label
- International returns: Customer responsibility
- Defective items: We cover return costs
5. Refund Processing
- 5-7 business days after we receive return
- Issued to original payment method
- Original shipping fees non-refundable
- Allow 3-5 business days for bank processing
6. Exchanges
- Size exchanges subject to availability
- Faster option: Return original and place new order
- No additional shipping fees for defective items
7. Faulty Products
For manufacturing defects:
- Contact us within 14 days of receipt
- Provide detailed photos/video
- We’ll arrange free return if applicable
